Flow and heat transfer characteristics of NACA vortex generator with curved-divergent walls are numerically studied the corresponding enhancement mechanism is also analyzed by local streamlines, velocity vector diagram contour diagram. The variation vortices at different positions along flow direction illustrated. impacts width W height H on as well pressure loss investigated Re ranging from 3602 to 9004. Additionally, both Nu ?P considered when evaluating comprehensive performance. results show that increase, average increase well. Compared channel without generator, increased about 7.3% 3.6%, respectively, W=30 mm; 7.6% 4.5%, H=10 mm. performance shows an opposite trend. ? obtained largest value 1.042 1.04 in case W=10 mm H=4 mm, respectively. similar Y-vorticity.
